How is the lightbox powered?
Most of our lightboxes are USB powered or USB rechargeable — check the details on this page for your model. No wiring or installation: plug it in and it glows.
Is it really handmade?
Yes — every lightbox is 3D printed, assembled and tested by hand in our Tokyo studio. Fine layer lines are a natural part of 3D printing and make each piece one of a kind.
How bright is it?
Bright enough to read as a real sign at night, soft enough to use as a night lamp. The LED glow is even across the whole sign — no hot spots.
What if my lightbox arrives damaged?
All sales are final, but if your lightbox arrives defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
