Refund & Return Policy
At RetroVizion™, all sales are considered final. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or

You received the wrong item
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Accidental orders

Incorrect address entered at checkout

Buyer’s remorse

Minor variations in product appearance (including color, texture, or finish)
All return requests must be reviewed and approved before sending any item back.
Items returned without prior approval will be refused.
Return Process
If your return is approved:

We will provide return instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error was on our side

We do not provide prepaid return labels
Returned items must be:

In original condition
-
Unused and undamaged
-
In original packaging with all included contents
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
We reserve the right to deny or partially refund any return that does not meet the above conditions.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
Chargebacks & Policy Abuse
We actively monitor and dispute fraudulent claims, chargebacks, and abuse of our policies.
Any attempt to bypass these terms may result in denial of future service.
